What does pre-pulled status mean?
When your system is pre-pulled it means your main components have been set aside to await the arrival of a missing part and will be hand-built with care upon arrival.

Quality Control usually takes 24-48 hours. During this time, we stress-test your system and fine-tune your drivers and settings to ensure you get a quality computer. If your system has been in QC for more than 48 hours, it's possible a part needed a
